賽事簡介：

Event Introduction

第三屆江南100諸暨東白山越野賽將于2020年12月19日至20日在浙江諸暨舉行，賽事設(shè)置100/50/35Km三個組別，為江南100系列賽之一，是江南地域特色風情濃郁的超級馬拉松，并已獲得ITRA積分認證。賽事起點為諸暨市文保古建筑千柱屋，最高點浙中之巔東太白，途徑斯宅古街、西施故里、鵲橋相會、愛心天池等著名人文景觀，體驗風車草甸、萬畝茶園、云海霧凇等美麗風景，給選手回味無窮的賽道體驗。

The third Jiangnan Zhuji Dongbai  Ultra Trail will be held in Zhuji, Zhejiang from December 19 to 20, 2020. The event will be set up in three groups of 100/50/35Km. It is one of the Jiangnan 100 series and is a regional characteristic of Jiangnan. The ultra-marathon is full of style and has been certified by ITRA points. The starting point of the event is the Qianzhu House, an ancient Wenbao building in Zhuji City. The highest point is East Taibai, the top of the middle of Zhejiang. It passes through Sizhai Ancient Street, Xishi Hometown, Magpie Bridge Meeting, Love Tianchi and other famous cultural landscapes. The beautiful scenery such as the sea of clouds and rime gives the players endless aftertaste of the track experience.

Qualification for participating

參賽年齡：參賽者年齡限為18周歲到60周歲以下（含18、60周歲）

Age of entry:The age limit for the contestants is from 18 years to 60 years of age(including year 18 & year 60)

參賽者應(yīng)身體健康，有經(jīng)常性參加跑步或者徒步鍛煉的基礎(chǔ)。每位選手報名時需根據(jù)關(guān)門時間評估自身能力選擇是否參加。

Contestants should be healthy and have regular basis for running or walking.Each participant is required to assess whether or not to take part in the competition of their ability to meet the cut-off time.

賽事規(guī)則：

Rules and Regulations

1、參賽選手必須完全沿著賽道標記與警戒線引導前進。賽道周邊環(huán)境原始，嚴禁抄近路。

Competitors must follow the course markers at all times. Short cuts are strictly prohibited.

2、除緊急情況外，不允許參賽選手在除檢查站、補給站以外的其它地方接受補給和支援。

Competitors can not take any food and support outside the checkpoints except in an emergency.

3、比賽進行時，參賽選手須全程攜帶所有強制裝備。賽事期間會有隨機裝備抽查。缺少強制裝備將會遭受懲罰。

Competitors must carry the mandatory gears at all times during the race. Random gear checks may be performed during the race. Any failures of carrying mandatory gears will result in a penalty.

4、檢查站的所有補給僅供參賽選手使用。

Refreshments at the checkpoints are served for competitors only.

5、號碼簿必須全程置于衣服外側(cè)，醒目可見。

Bib numbers must be visible at all times on the outside of clothing at the front.

6、參賽選手中途退賽必須通知賽事工作人員，并在最近的檢查點簽署退賽表格（在賽道上接受賽事救援，身體條件無法到檢查站的參賽選手除外）。

If you withdraw from the race, you must inform event staff and sign the release form at the closest checkpoint (unless assisted from the course by the event staff, and could not get to checkpoint due to physical conditions).

7、若參賽選手在賽道上需要急救，請務(wù)必撥打號碼簿下方電話聯(lián)系賽事工作人員。

If you need any first aid help on the course you must contact the event staff (phone number below your number Bib).

8、在關(guān)門時間前不能到達檢查站將會被剝奪繼續(xù)比賽資格。

Any failures of arriving at each checkpoint and the finish line before the cut-off times will result in disqualifications from the race.

9、參賽選手必須遵循“山野無痕”的戶外運動準則。

Competitors must follow the outdoor ethics of LEAVE NO TRACE.

10、參賽選手需為其家人和朋友的行為負責。參賽選手的家人與朋友需遵守檢查站工作人員的安排。若其家人朋友有違反賽事規(guī)則的行為，選手將會受罰或直接剝、奪參賽資格。必須遵循所有檢查站工作人員的指示，包括為檢查站空出特定區(qū)域的要求。賽事組委會不負責其安全問題。

Competitors must be responsible for the actions of their family and friends. Family and friends of the competitors must comply with all instructions from all checkpoint staff. The competitor may be penalized or disqualified for actions or breaches of the rules by their family and friends. They must follow the instructions of all checkpoints staff including requests to vacate certain sections of the checkpoint area. The event organizers are not responsible for the safety of them.

11、確保自身與他人的安全。照顧其他賽道使用者。在馬路上跑步時注意安全。規(guī)范使用登山杖。

Ensure your own safety and that of others. Be considerate of other trail and road users at all times. Take great care when crossing or running on roads. Use climbing sticks in a standard way.

12、請幫助受傷或狀況不好的參賽選手。

If another runner is injured or in distress, please assist.

13、賽事組委會強烈建議參賽選手自身有人身保險保障。

We highly recommend that competitors have their own insurance cover.

14、賽事組委會保留在適宜情況下對賽事規(guī)則、賽道或其它安排作出調(diào)整的權(quán)利。

The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event rues and requirements, course and/or other arrangements, as they deem appropriate.

15、任何此處未提及的規(guī)則均由江南之巔2017天空越野賽組委會負責解釋。

Any rule that is not mentioned here will be controlled by the decision of JiangNan 100 Co.,Ltd organizing team.

強制裝備：

Mandatory Gear Check

賽事組委會工作人員會于12月18日進行裝備檢查，缺少任何裝備均需補齊接受復(fù)查。裝備檢查合格后，可領(lǐng)取號碼簿和計時芯片。比賽進行中，會隨機抽查參賽選手裝備。缺少裝備的參賽選手將會受到相應(yīng)的處罰。

The event organizers will have mandatory gear check on 3rd December,2017.The lack of any equipment is required to complete the acceptance review.The racers cannot achieve the directory and timing chip until the re-inspection passes.Random gear checks may be performed during the race. Any competitor without the mandatory gear will be discouraged for competition and retreat in the nearest retreat point.

成績與獎勵：

Achievements and Rewards

各組別，男/女前三名分獲冠、亞、季軍獎杯和獎品。

每位完賽者都將獲得第三屆江南100諸暨東白山越野賽完賽獎牌。

The first three of each group of male / female will win the trophies and prizes.

Each player who completes the race will get the Finish Medal from the organizer of The third Jiangnan 100 Zhuji Dongbai  Ultra Trail  .

報到須知：

Registration

參賽運動員于2020年12月18日下午13：00-21：00報到，需憑本人身份證，簽署活動“免責聲明”與“環(huán)保聲明”，領(lǐng)取參賽包一份。逾期報到者取消比賽資格。

The participants will register at 13:00-21:00, on December 18, 2020, with personal ID card, and will sign a disclaimer, receive a copy of the participating. Overdue registration can not participate the competition.
